Manual, semi-automatic and fully automatic shrink machines are used in polyolefin (POF) and polyethylene (PE) shrink packages. With the POF shrink machines, the products are packaged by sealing of the POF film on the 4 sides, while the film is contracted with hot air and the product is fully wrapped around. With this method, a total contraction of the outer circumference of the film around the product occurs.
In the POF shrink packaging, companies that work with low capacity can manufacture along with manual machines. For companies with high production capacity, fully automatic shrink packaging lines that reach a speed of 120 packages / minute provide a good solution. PE shrink packaging can be done manually and inline. With this material, speeds of 35-40 packages / min can be achieved.
